Sustainable Harvest imports specialty coffees around the world creating transparent relationships that increase value throughout the supply chain, all while fostering greater sustainability. They call that approach Relationship Coffee Model. Under the guidance of my advisor Dr. Miguel Gomez I started to explore this model and their potential implications for smallholders and the coffee industry.
